HOW IT WORKS
Bluebird PAs will work with your existing technology and learn your systems to integrate as far as possible with you, and you can utilise our services as much or as little as you need.
Our clients use digital dictation apps for smartphones that can transfer audio dictation and any voice notes instantaneously to Bluebird PAs. We can integrate with any digital dictation system that you currently use, whether that is BigHand, WinScribe, Olympus or Phillips.
Having access to your systems means that your Bluebird PA can work for you just as your secretary would, with access to your case management system, templates and forms. We are familiar with client management systems such as ProClaim and Leap, making it easy to integrate into your office systems.
Our Document Fix & Format service provides you with crucial backup at those times when a large complex Word document becomes corrupt or has lost its formatting. Simply scan and send your documents to us, and we will take care of them in a fraction of the time and cost.
You will have direct communication with our PA team or, if you prefer to have someone specifically designated to you, we can arrange that too. All of our team are highly skilled legal secretaries, who will manage your workflow to ensure quality control and standards are maintained.
If you don't have any dictation software, we recommend SpeechWrite 360, which integrates directly into your existing workflow and case management systems, creating an end-to-end process, helping clients to develop an even more seamless workflow solution. You can use an app on your phone, or use the desktop version.
